Our business has been established on the success of our parent company, Emcon, which has been operating in South Africa since 2007. The Emcon Energy subsidiary is the brainchild of two friends who attended high school together; and share common goal to provide cost effective and reliable power solutions to South Africans.

Emcon Energy is the sole distributor of Afore Energy products in South Africa. All Afore inverters are NRS 097-2-1 compliant and have been approved by the City of Cape Town Municipality for use on the national grid.
We are providers of both single and three-phase, high-efficiency inverters including Hybrid, PV, and AC coupled models varying in capacity from 1kW to 60kW. All our inverters are integrated with smart monitoring systems.
